1. Booking & Deposits

To confirm a private tour booking, a small deposit (typically 20%) is required. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival in Morocco in cash (EUR, USD, or MAD) or via credit card.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the tour are eligible for a 100% full deposit refund.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal luggage, and travel delays prior to visiting Morocco.
